Aconi, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia3,4, and died January 19, 1993 in Northside Harborview Hospital, North Sydney, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia5,6.  He married CATHERINE IRENE MACINTOSH7,8,9 November 26, 1940 in St.Joseph Church, Bras d'Or, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia10,11, daughter of JOHN MACINTOSH and EMMA STANSBURY.  She was born May 03, 1909 in Millville, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia12,13, and died February 08, 1993 in Northside Harborview Hospital, North Sydney, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia14,15.

McCready, Bernard  80, MacIntosh Lane, Millville, died January 18, 1993 in Northside General Hospital, North Sydney.

Born in McCreadyville, Pt. Aconi, he was a son of the late John & Mary Jane {Walker} McCready.

He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Bras d'Or. He was employed as a miner for over 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Irene MacIntosh,

his daughter, Maureen, Mrs. John Elmer Devoe, Millville,

two grandchildren, a great grandchild,

three sisters:

Sadie MacIntosh, Millville;

Aileen, Mrs. Joseph MacNeil, North Sydney,

Ellen McCready, Northside Guest Home, North Sydney.

He was predeceased by a son in infancy,

a sister: Ann Erickson,

two brothers: Vincent and Ernest.    

The body is in Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines. Funeral will be St. Joseph's Roman Catholic  Church, Bras d'Or. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
