William Paul McCready born 9/16/1941 The Toledo Blade
William Paul McCready, 58 years of Temperance, MI died late Wednesday May 31,
2000, in the Toledo Hospital. A sheet metal worker for Local #33 in Toledo for
30 years. he retired in 1995. The son of Frank and Grace (Williams) McCready, he
was born September 16, 1941, in Swanton, Ohio. He married Sharon Elaine King
June 1, 1962 in Monroe Michigan. He enjoyed music, playing guitar, organ and
harmonica. He loved to restore cars and restored the Parade Fire Truck for the
Bedford Volunteer Fire Department of which he was an honorary member. He had a
big heart and was always anxious to help people. He could fix anything and
cherished his 1946 Lincoln. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was a member of Bedford Township Volunteer Fire Department # 1 from 1972 -
1981. He also was a member of the Placers Car Club.
He is survived by his loving wife Sharon; daughters. Chris (Tim) Postlewait.
Cindy (Tim) Aubry. Theresa (John) Konecki. Melissa (Jason) Archibald: brothers
and sisters, Francis "Sunny" (Virginia) McCready. Grace (Fred) Fish,
James (Lucy) McCready, Don (Hazel) McCready, Jewel Baldwin; 12 grandchildren,
David, Tim, Sammie Jo, Amanda, Dakota, Cheyenne, Ethan, Russell, William Paul,
Justin, Crystal, and Jordan. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert.
Friends may call Saturday from 7 till 9 p.m. and Sunday from 1 till 9 p.m. in
the Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI, where funeral
services will be held Monday at 11 a.m., with interment in Ottawa Hills Memorial
Park, Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Veronica McCready 9/14/1989
Mr. Veronica M. McCready, 73, of Stickney Avenue, died Tuesday in Toledo
Hospital. She was an employee of the Jeep Corp, and the widow of Chester
McCready. Surviving are her daughters, Joyce Tracy and Mrs. Mary Ann Long; son
Marvin, brothers, Henry and Joe Hintz; 11 grandchildren and 6 great
grandchildren. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tomorrow in St. James Church. The body
is in the Sujkowski Mortuary, Airport Highway, with scripture services at 7
tonight and American Legion Auxiliary services at 7:30 p.m.

Frank E. McCready, 80 of 220 North King Rd., Holland, died Friday in Flower
Hospital. He was a paperballer 22 years at the downtown Lion Store, retiring in
1969. He also as a past president of the Progressive Club, a social organization
affiliated with the Toledo Society for the blind. Surviving are his sons,
Francis, Robert, James, William, and Donald; daughters, Mrs. Grace Fish and Mrs.
Jewel Baldwin, and brother William (Jim) McCready, Services will be at 1 p.m.
Monday in the Neville Mortuary, Airport Highway, where the body will be after 7
tonight. The family requests that any tributes be in the form of contributions
to the Holland Free Methodist Church.

William McCready, 71, of Stickney Avenue, formerly of Ranch Drive, died
yesterday in Parkview Hospital. Also known as Mac, he was a salesman 17 years
with Puccetti-Gasser Food Brokerage, retiring in 1984. Surviving are his wife,
Daisy; daughters, Mrs. Patricia Loizou and Daisy Roper and sons, Frank and
Howard. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Neville Mortuary, Dorr Street,
where the body will be after 7 tonight.

McCready, 82 of Jena, died at 5:30AM Thursday in Jena Hospital. Funeral
Services will be at 10 A.M. today in the East Jena Babtist Church with the
Rev. Holt officiating. Burial will be at the Silver Cross Cemetery in
Tallulah under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.
Mrs. McCready was a member of the Babtist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Earl Boyd of Trout, Mrs. Albert
Bedgood of Tallulah, and Mrs. E.D. Coleman of Opelousas; four sons,
Everett of Texas, John Jr., Floyd and Eugene, all of Monroe; one brother,
Shamwell Hall of Paducka, Kan (sic:KY) and 29 grandchildren and 23
great-grandchildren |
| Mrs. Helen Boyd Midway (Special) Mrs. Helen Marie Boyd, 58,
of Midway died at her home at 7 P.M. Saturday after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. today at East Jena Babtish Church with
the Revs. G.R. Nolan, Larry Doughty, and Mickie Bounds officiating. Burial
will be in woodlawn Cemetery at Jena under direction of kinner and Stevens
Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, Earl Boyd of Midway;
on son the Rev. Kenneth Boyd of Jena; three duaghters, Mrs. Lawrence
Turner of Jena, Mrs. Edwin Tanner of Shreveport, and Mrs. Huey Lizana of
Tullos; four brothers, Floyd McCready and Eugene McCready both of Monroe.
John McCready of Tallulah, and Everett McCready of Brownsville, TX; two
sisters, Ola Bedgood of Tallulah, and Mrs. Dorothy Coleman of Opelousas;
and 6 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy B. Boyd, Harry J. Jones, W.M. Boyd, W.H.

Alton J. McCready Sr. January 12, 1905 to September 1980 Services
for Alton James McCready Sr., 75, 1602 N. Fourth St., Monroe, will be at 2
P.M. Sunday in First United Methodist Church with Dr. Odell Simmons and
the Rev. Riley Burton officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park
Cemetery under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road,
Monroe. Mr. McCready died Friday in Monroe Manor Nursing home after a
short illness. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Monroe,
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred S. McCready of Monroe; a
daughter, Mrs. George Daley of Houston; three sons, Alton J. McCready Jr.
of Denver; Lynn McCready of Yazoo City, Miss., and Michael McCready of
Ruston; a sister, Mrs. Charles Lorrenzo of Oakland, California and nine
grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tommy Baldwin, Ricky Baldwin, Skeet
Osborne, Ted Osborne, Terry Sharp, Kevin Sharp and Rodney Sharp.
Visitation will be from 8 AM until noon today. The family requests

Morehouse Parish, Louisiana Wife of John Harless McCready. Funeral Service
held today for Mrs. McCready . Bonita Funeral services
were held at 11 a.m. today in the Bonita Babtist Church today for the late
Mrs. Jessie T. McCready 77 of Bastrop, who died Wednesday at her home.
Officiating at the final rites was the Rev. Hooten. Burial following in
the Bonita cemetery under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, of Monroe.
Mrs. McCready is survived by three daughters, Mrs. allen Ray, Bastrop;
Mrs. V.H. Woodard, Jones and Mrs. Frank Stamm, Bonita; two sons, Hollis
McCready and Orville McCready, both of Bonita; a sister Mrs. Rose
Flannery, Smithland KY; a brother, Cooper Tramble, Smithland, KY; 19
grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Pallbearers at today's services
were listed as Edwin Robinson, George Williamson, Arthur Baggett, Roy
Sisson, Earl Smith and Clifton Reeves. |

77, died at her home in Bastrop this afternoon. Funeral Services will be
held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bonita Babtist Church with the Rev. Hooten
officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonita Cemetery under the
direction of Hall Funeral Home of Monroe. She is survived by three
daughters, Mrs. Frank Stamm of Bonita, Mrs. V. H. Wodard of Jones, and
Mrs. Allen Roy, of Bastrop; two sons. Hollis and Orville McCrady both of
Bonita; a sister Mrs. Rosa Flannery Smithland, KY; 19 grandchildren, 18
great grandchildren and a large number of neices and nephews. Pall Bearers
will be Roy Sisson, George Williamson, Arthur Baggett, Clifton Reeves,
Earl Smith and Edwin Robinson. |

Mrs. Jo Stamm Bonita services for Mrs. Jo Stamm, 73, will be at 10 a.m.
today at Golden Funeral Home Chapel in Bastrop with the Rev. Terry Murry
officiating. Burial will be in the Bonita Cemetery. Mrs. Stamm died
Tuesday at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop after a brief illness.
She was born in Smithland, KY, and had lived in Morehouse Parish for 55
years. She was a member of Bonita Babtist Church. Survivors include her
husband, Frank R. Stamm of Bonita; a son, Edward Vandel Stamm of Fort
Walton Beach, Fla; a daughter, Betty Stamm Couch of Lafayette, a sister,
Mrs. Flossie Woodard of Bonita; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Luther Hamilton, Ralph McCready, Billy Wayne McCready,
Kenneth McCready, Orvill Lee McCready and Gayle Tyson. |

Wednesday, 8/4/1999, in Winchester VA. She was born 4/21/1958, in
Johnstown, the daugher of the late John and Theresa Juhas. Surviving are a
daughter, Angela Jackson of Duncansville; a son Timothy Jackson of
Duncansville; four sisters. Carol A. of Ebensburg, Rosemary Servello of
Altoona, Melissa Loper in NJ and Tina M. Kovach of Pittsburgh; three
brothers; John J. of Johnstonw, Mich McCrady in NY and Bob Bargo of
Pittsburgh; and her fiance Philip Bunker of Berkley Springs. Friends will
be received from 8 to 9:30AM Saterday at Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home
